Steam punkish

It's been on my to do list for some time to make a knife from a half of a sheep shear. I have a set of shears in the barn but didn't want to cut apart a good set. I found a junker set at a second hand place for a few bucks.

I cut it apart and with a chunk.of axe handle and some big rivets put it together seems to hold an.edge pretty good. This shear was made by keen.kutter

Not really, i just like fiddling. Probably cut up vegetables

And if you talk with your hands while you are chopping veggies, people will leave you alone while you’re cooking

Very nice job! they hold an edge quite well, I would seal the ends of the wood with sealant to keep them from rotting out. you have a knife for life.
