To begin with, you need a 308 caliber magazine pouch, you can occasionally find leather ones in good shape for cheap, or nylon ones for around 10$ Make sure it has the latches so you can hang it on your belt. In it put:
1 tactical flashlight and spare batteries, I recommend Duracell long storage type.
1 Leatherman or similar utility tool.
1 heavy-duty folding pocketknife. Cold steel SR-1 and Buck 110 come to mind.
1 torch lighter, check it every few months to see if it leaks.
1 roll of "blood clot" bandage.
1 roll of regular bandage.
1 roll of medical tape.
1 space blanket.
1 small bottle of antiseptic such as 100# alcohol.
1 suture kit.
1 small magnifying glass.
1 bottle of painkillers.
1 bottle of antacids.
1 pack of fire starter tabs.
100$ in ten dollar bills.
1 small can of mace.
How to make fire starter tabs.
Take a fire log, Using a coarse tooth (woodcutting type saw) cut the log into 1/2" chunks, wrap them individually in toilet paper, and put them in a Ziploc bag. Just the kit for patrolling, a fast trip to the woods, hiking, bike/horse trip or just to keep in your desk/work truck. Not quite a GHB, but far better than nothing!
