Everybody has a take on it, and personally, I'm gettin' a little tired of the doomers & naysayers who continually whine about how we're screwed, it's all over, there's nothing we can do, etc. Frankly, I call BS! If the dirty globalist swine obsessed with running this planet actually HAD the power to take over and run the world, they would have ALREADY done it. Conservative Whitey and the Traditional American Way Of Life are under assault, no doubt about it, and it's a multi-pronged assault which includes globalist-owned media, globalist-owned scumbag politicians and corrupt POS judges, leftist scumbag school administrators, Big Tech, etc. This country and its true citizens have taken a beating lately, both spiritually & financially, but the war ain't over yet! 😣

I liken dirty globalist swine and their paid tools to a venomous creature which has wrapped itself around modern American society... the "venom" is the subversive propaganda being spewed and sprayed 24/7/365, especially the garbage aimed at modern kids. Thing is, that venom takes time to work, and many Boomers are still alive... resistant or even immune to the venom. That's one factor holding back the dirty globalist swine, since Boomers aren't as gullible as modern youth. The other factor? 2A & FIREARMS... with as many weapons that exist in this country, no takeover will be easy. Look at the history of socialist countries: in every case, the citizens had to be DISARMED first. That's a historical fact, not some stinking globalist propaganda. 😒

Some doomers will say, "We can't possibly win against the Armed Forces!" Again, I call BS. How do YOU know how things will play out once the SHTF? Are you some sort of expert on doomsday scenarios? How do YOU know that the scumbags put in top brass positions by swine like Clinton, Obama & Biden won't get F#%NG FRAGGED by their own troops? Ever hear of 'OPERATION VALKYRIE?' If you think there aren't any active troops thoroughly disgusted by the TRAVESTY that this fraudulent gubmint has become, THINK AGAIN. I don't care how many bunkers the cowardly globalist swine and their tools construct, there are weak points in every defense... particularly where VENTILATION is concerned. Ask Joel Skousen, he knows a little about bunkers, lol... 😉

The dirty globalist swine took a big step forward with the fraudulent 2020 election, no doubt about it... but in a way, that FRAUD let true American citizens see just how deep the corruption runs in this country. No scumbag politician or corrupt POS judge can be trusted, that much is certain, since NONE of 'em did a damned thing about the 2020 FRAUD. Some of those scumbags squawk like they're on our side, but they still can't be trusted. As for the Constitution, it's no longer in effect: there are NO checks & balances in the three branches of gubmint, all three are ROTTEN TO THE CORE. In a perfect world, every last scumbag in those three branches would be F#%NG SHOT AS A TRAITOR, or HUNG WITH PIANO WIRE. :thumbs:

I'm not talking about globalist-owned social media platforms, screw those worthless censored sites run by rich elitist Jew scumbags... I'm talking about spreading the word through sites where censorship is NOT prevalent. As for writing your congressman, the DOJ or any other alphabet agency, "FUHGEDDABOUTIT!!!" It's a waste of time, those scumbags are already tainted with the stink of treason... bought & sold like the branded & ear-tagged cattle that they are, and their day of reckoning shall arrive in due time. No gubmint agency can be trusted, and neither can their tools... they are ALL suspect until proven otherwise. That's my take on the current situation, my advice is to prep for combat while you're prepping in other ways. 😬

It's much simpler than all that. The world and especially the US is running out of CHEAP energy, and western civ is no longer reproducing at a replacement rate . This is what is REALLY removing the American way of life.

Globalists have nothing to do with it. But it is easier to blame some entity /group than look at the reality.

I disagree we are running out of cheap energy. Think back a few short years… President Trump opened up the faucet by reducing government regulations/interference and let Capitalism take over. We became a net EXPORTER of energy with plenty to spare in the blink of an eye. The actual flow of our energy had only started. We alone, here in the US, have enough cheap energy to keep the world going for hundreds of years… Depending, of course, on whose numbers you believe.

I disagree that we are reproducing at an unsustainable rate. This again will depend on whose numbers you believe. To listen to the MSM, we are all doomed!! Might s well give up now!!! To walk around in flyover country, or the backroads of real America, you see growing families. You can still see the American dream. It is just very expensive in terms of Fiat dollars right now.

But… What you can also see is the Globalist hand at work to cripple western civilization. Yeah, we are getting to the Globalists… Drugs, the internet, and propaganda has polluted our children. They are very impressionable.. Think back to your own childhood… and still believe in what propaganda is out there.

If there were no Global propaganda campaign, why would the whole gender thing be an issue? Why would the MSM be pushing for our children to be sterilized so they will be unable to reproduce? And yes, that is what the whole gender bender thing is about: Sterilizing a generation. Abortion is just killing off the population before the sterilization kicks in.

Why would they be letting in such an amount if lethal drugs into the US? We know where Fentanol is produced and how it is getting in, the globalists are allowing it, heck, they are making it happen to kill our population off.

And why would the only countries that were against mass immigration and the gender bending things, be labeled as enemies of the world? IT is painfully obvious that the mass immigration is killing whole populations, decimating countries. It is evil to both the immigrants and the country they are immigrating to, but still it happens. Who do you think is paying for it all?

It is painfully obvious this is a world wide campaign. IT is not seperate countries all with different ideas, it is one Global cabal making it all happen.

Yes I suppose everyone believes whatever numbers they want to believe. I do tend to believe official statistics at least somewhat. Oil is a finite resource and they US has sucked all the easy oil ( like in Texas) out of the ground already. There is oil shale which is more expensive to get oil out of and more damaging to the environment. I am pro Trump also, but don't think even he can fix this problem. You can kick the can down the road a little by removing oil from every last bit of federal land and make it a little cheaper by putting pipelines everywhere but ultimately cheap oil is no longer available. That is what I believe based on various sources of government and industry information and what you can see for yourself. You drive through Texas and you see very few oil pumps anymore. Why? Because the oil is sucked out of the ground. This goes for any place. But if you want to believe there is an unlimited amount of oil in the ground you can still get at easy and cheap , there is nothing I can say to change your mind.

Population growth: the only reason the US population is still growing is because of all the illegals they are importing. Without population growth, you cannot have US style capitalism because it only works with population growth. If your population is shrinking , so does the economy. It's kind of an obvious, but people in general would rather believe some conspirecy theory than simple math and economics

This is like one of those discussions about religion, you can never change anyone's mind , people will believe what they believe, so there is no real point in discussing it with someone that disagrees with you. So I will stop here :)

You are correct there, my friend.

At this point in time I would not believe a government statistic if they put it right in front of me, and I could count it myself. I would believe they had some trick to it.

Remember back, not that many years ago “Peak Oil”? It was one of those we only have 10 years left scenario’s. Come to find out, there has been a lot since then found, but left untapped. And it is not for expense to get at it, it is that our beloved Government will not allow it to be tapped.

We still have mountains of energy reserves that are cost effective to extract, it is the Government making them cost prohibitive.

And yes, I do believe down the line the oil, coal and gas will start to peter out. But that is where Capitalism comes in. It is not like the little AOC gal says, we just need to invent technology that has not been invented yet, so give everyone billions of dollars! We need to let Capitalism loose to do what it does. I do believe there is already an alternative energy source available, but it is being withheld. When the cost to extract our current energy gets to the point it is not cost effective, the wheels of industry will turn and another source will be found.

You can’t rush it by substituting Socialism for Capitalism. You can’t just throw money at it The money has to want to go there. THAT is when real discovery will take place – and FAST. Did you ever watch the difference in progress from a government highway to one put in by a private company that bid on it? It is incredible. The private one, as far as I have seen, lasts a lot longer also. If there is endless government money thrown at it, there is no reason to finish the job in a timely manner and lots of rea$on$ to have it go way over co$t.
 
Exactly right, Woody... those gubmint jobs are one big cash cow, and the scumbags involved in 'em wanna milk 'em for all they're worth. I'm sure a significant amount of tax dollars go directly into slush funds or private accounts. I remember working on prevailing wage gubmint construction jobs where those in charge actually asked me to slow down, as they wanted to ride the cash cow as far and as long as they could. I found it unbelievable at the time, but now I fully understand. The problem with private contractors is that they're often in cahoots with those who select the bids, and kickbacks abound... when so many tax dollars are involved in these projects, "slurping at the public trough" can be quite profitable. And of course there's NO accountability in this Fraudulent Biden Era, so the THIEVIN' is wide open, going full-bore with no end in sight. :mad:

One look at the decaying infrastructure in major cities is proof of what I say... where did the tax dollars go? And why was so little accomplished? Most of these gubmint jobs have "cost overruns"---meaning those who slurp at the public trough haven't had their fill, and probably never will. These jobs are often money pits, like black holes sucking in tax dollars... 😒

I do have a question for you: what statistics DO you believe? Where are you getting your information from? I am really just curious. Plus, you do know oil is sold on a world market. The US does not just use oil that comes from the US and so on.

Plus there is this: do you think it is ok to drill for oil in for example a National Park? ( even if it destroys it) I don't. There are things more important than money and oil to me personally.

Its easy to say " the evil globalists are not letting us drill for the cheap oil" but what would they have to gain from it? I look at information from other countries also.
Personally, I think the US government is more incompetent than actually "evil" . There are some in there that are evil, but overall it's just incompetence. Government is run by a bunch of idiots
I just get annoyed sometimes when people argue about stuff that is not reasonable. Like you can look at the federal budget in many different places. I don't think it is fake. But you get a lot of people that seem to not be able to do math and say " if only we cut out welfare the budget would be balanced" when it really would not be. That sort of thing.
Oh well it is what it is, like I said, people believe what they want to believe.

I thought the topic was the decline of western civ....

If you have a limited amount of oil in the ground, not drilling for it will just kick the can down the road. If you do drill for it now, you will just run out of it faster.

Also, new oil reserves are being discovered every day.
That is the major flaw with the website that you posted that kept using the words: "Proven reserves".
If that is all we ever had, yes we would only have 42 years worth to get by on.
But no, we have much more.

Many reserves in Alaska were proven in the 60s&70's. Lot of exploration back before and during the pipeline was put in. But most have never been developed.
 
I need a tag team on "Western civilization" But lets not forget what we REALLY MEAN, that being AMERICAN CIVILIZATION. Except for the last 90 years, we have no civilization, we were every bodies else's "civilization" But then we became a world player and we developed our own and then we improved on it, became, for a brief moment in 1980 the true city on the hill, I say SCREW WESTERN CULTURE and save AMERICAN culture, we came up first out of the ashes and we gave the world stuff they could NEVER have done without US! Our civilization is just a baby in reality, it deserves to live!
 
My take on the oil reserves is that the dirty globalist swine wanna save as much of 'em for themselves as possible, so that once the biological warfare and vaxxer genocide is done, they'll be able to drive their Lambos & Ferraris, lifted disco trucks, '60s & '70s era muscle cars, friggin' megayachts, etc, for centuries to come... 😒
