@VenomJockey do like ancient studies? I'm not sure why but its interesting to me.
@VenomJockey This might interest you...
There is a bit of ancient Egyptian mythology growing here in Alabama. I'm fuzzy on the story, maybe you can clear it up... The way I heard the story... Isis at some point raised her brother-husband Osiris from the dead... The plant she used to do this with grows here in Alabama. Blue Vervain... one of the "verbina's". A family of medicinal plants...
The ancient greeks got in on the story... Athena's famous temple, the Greek Parthenon had virgin handmaidens during festivals... the flower they wore in their hair... Blue Vervain...
Blue vervain became part of Roman mythology and much later the Druids... During the Dark Ages in Europe someone finding blue vervain on your property would get you killed as a witch/secret Druid.
The verbina's are a large family with native species here, s american, europe, the Mediterranean and middle east... they have all been transplanted between continents... If I find one it's sometimes hard to remember which continent it came from.
I've seen this before. It's actually a well that had ceremonial uses. As far as Templars, Masons, and the like, who knows? There's lots of unknown history out there...
Lot of deliberately "hidden" history, too. And, believe it, or not, North America has a factual history that would destroy the "American History" textbooks used by all the Junior High Schools, High Schools, and colleges/universities across this fair land.
Read Dr, Barry Fell's "America B. C." for just one example. ( https://www.amazon.com/America-B-C-Ancient-Settlers-Revised/dp/0671679740 ) The more I study history, the more I realize we are being force-fed a load of hogwash

More "oddities:" https://www.pinterest.com/bcsssj/ancient-tech-mysteries-oddities/
Blue Vervain comes down in herbal writings from the ancient greeks, then appears again in medical manuscripts of the early middle ages on down... Nope, not going to find it on google... just in dusty old manuscripts in large city libraries.
Only a few copies of such books are floating around.
