But I find raw oysters repulsive beyond measure.

I can tolerate liverwurst but love oysters and muscles. I used to fry fish heads up for the guys on the tugs and fish eggs for the guys on the seiner.

My dad loved it, but he had to eat it outdoors. I have zero Idea what it tastes like, but I have considered that it would be good for baiting bears. That stuff is the definition of repulsive, stinky, smelly food.

I don't like any of that stuff. I do buy braunschweiger for husband for sandwiches, he likes them with onion.
I also keep all the livers when butchering, and fry them up with bacon and onion but I don't eat them.
