Yes. The injectable B complex is prescription. You can also give oral B complex with Red Cell. I'd go with what your vet says.

parasites !he is doing better eyelids pinking up but doesnt care to eat his goat feed wants fresh green stuff and eats alfalfa any opinion would be appreciated.

As long as the parasites have been dealt with and he's improving and eating enough hay I wouldn't worry about not eating feed. You can use a drench gun to give the red cell to help the anemia.

How have the parasites been treated and are you having fecal’s run to be sure the load is under control? Parasite load can’t be judged effectively without fecals.
Happy to hear there is improvement. Don’t want to see a relapse or worse.
