using bio mycin 200

need opinion is it to be used two times a day or one got a new boer cross x kikko born on Dec. 8 of last year he weighs about 40 pds and he has a a little discharge from his nose a little green in it and he was coughing is eating good ,brought home last time he never coughed until we got home with him .I gave him a bio mycin ,with some banamine and fortified b complex this morning .I also have dexamethazone if people use it for upper resp.
