The aim of Marxists in California is to enlist all the rest of you and your funds to support them. Here is an example of the chain: Los Angeles cannot possibly support itself, so ballot measures are run in the COUNTY of Los Angeles which really support the City of Los Angeles, They pass because the city is far more populous than the county. The County of Los Angeles runs out of money, so they lobby the State of California for funds. Democrat governors always do this and have even given the counties a rebate of the state property tax, gas tax, sales tax. But then the State of California goes upside down in funding. POS Biden and dumocrats before him then run to the aid of California and other blue states and promise funds or rebates of taxes --- and then even attach communist conditions to that money which only refresh the whole cycle. So, in reality, California only runs out of money when you do or when we get a Red House, Senate, and President who will choke this monster to death.
