Bean and bacon soup. Yes, seriously. Rotating my caned goods and not letting my food insurance policy go to waste. 
This comes with a disclaimer, anybody that goes into shock because I actually planned a meal and let meat thaw, well i kind of understand, but this is a prep related forum, so you have to be prepared for shocks. I took out some stew meat, which I am going to slow cook for a while, then probably add some tomatoe sauce and simmer for awhile.
Too tired to cook a big meal so i made a blt. Someone dropped of a pecan pie, think i'll have a late night snack about 10pm.
Pulled split pea soup out of freezer. Might make some type of bread to go with.

Even too tired to make a blt tonight so it was a frozen dinner. Good thing i went digging through the freezers. Found the icecream i bought 2 months ago but lost. (3 freezers)

Last night was taco bar, easy enough for everybody that was over. A few less people tonight, but I'll make lasagna probably.

Made chicken salad, yesterday. Will have it again, today. Made from a half price rotisserie chicken and with pecans and raisins.
For tomorrow's cookout.
I'll be the weird uninvited one!! I have time to get there!! I'm picking up Supervisor 42, maybe Patchouli if she's no longer MIA!

Have a roast in the crockpot, making some potatoes and something else to be determined with it.
I think we are having Eckrich sausage sandwiches with corn on the cob and potato salad!
