Picked up an order of ribs from the little place down the down. An order is big enough that split in half, than add a veggie and a salad makes a good meal. So dinner tomorrow night is taken care too.

I’m making mahi mahi filets, baked sweet potatoes, roasted asparagus. Hubby doesn’t like asparagus so he gets steamed broccoli.
My wife pulled out a bag of store-bought, frozen wontons. Rather than steaming them, she put some chicken broth in a bowl, some fresh vegetables, boiled it up, and added the wontons...a little spicy asian seasoning...yum. 
Hubby brought home PIZZA!! No cooking for me!
There was a burger patty left over from last night. So, i broke out the maggie butter and saute an onion, yummy.
I had to run up to Ozark after work to pick up a fuel tank, so Alexandra and I went out for dinner.

My friend is coming over tonight with her autistic daughter. Daughter wants bacon and eggs, no toast so that’s what is for dinner for all of us.

Lo mein noodles and sauteed green beans with ginger sauce from the Chinese place.

For dinner tonight I had :
1 warm sweet corn on the cob with lot of butter and a bit of salt
Small bowl of warm beans with molasses and ginger powder
2 warm mini bread buns and butter
Dessert :
Mint chocolate and a good very warm coffee /cream
