I make a great Jambalaya!!!

But dinner tonight will be leftover Bourbon & Brown Sugar NY Strip Steak, with rice and a veggy to be name later!

I ground some beef and tossed in some cooked bacon and diced yellow onions. Grilled the patties over charcoal and topped them with deluxe American cheese. Also had some raw cauliflower, red bell peppers, cucumbers, and of course a cold bottle of root beer.

Baby back ribs, fresh green beans, brussel sprouts, corn on the cob. Our sweet neighbor made a bunch of peanut butter cookies for our dessert.

Had salads with CHICKEN BALLS!! I had cooked and breaded and froze some smaller pieces of chicken breast a while back! So I heated them up and tossed them on our salads. Hubby said, " oh, chicken balls"!! So I told him they were straight off the roosters!!

My husband is traveling to game, so we get to eat things we don't when he is here. (Gluten) I am making homemade chicken pot pie. The type with bisquik crust. I make a huge one that lasts two days.

Put them in pressure cooker with a little liquid and they will soften. Or a crock pot

One of my Jalapenos must have cross-pollinated with a Carolina Reaper though, one bite and I thought I was going to die!

Rump Steak from Tuesday Slaughter Day.

Got a pork loin in the brine. Will hit it with some SPG and rub then smoke it. Also chopped up some cooked bacon, potatoes, onion, and carrots to wrap in foil with butter and throw on the smoker when the meat is part way done. My lady pal said she would make something with apples or peaches for dessert.

I just got home, going to put a small pork roast in the crockpot with baked potatoes and corn on the cob!

Thawing some chicken flats and drummettes to air fry. Maybe some fries and broccoli.

Steak stir fry with the snap peas I picked this morning. A salad with our lettuce, and some teriyaki noodles (from Knorr ha ha).

cube steak with mashed potatoes n gravy , Green beans and banana pudding for dessert.
I have a load of honey dew and cantaloupe in the freeze dryer and my daughter can’t wait till it’s done.

Stir fry made with thinly sliced hickory smoked pork loin, fresh spinach,vegetable peeled carrots,handful of peas,pork fried rice with brown sauce.
Ice tea- no sugar.
