I went to a private wine sharing dinner last night. It was $45 a person but everyone brings a bottle of wine. The food was a 4 course special meal that included a tomato salad, a 3 cheese grit, a whole baby potato salad, grilled corn off the cob, a 24 ounce rib eye cut PORK CHOP, with glazed bbq sauce infused in it, and a fridge cake with fresh fruit. We met some pretty cool folks, but saw a bunch of wine snobs as well. Since I was the designated driver, I also saw a bunch of drunks there.

Had dinner at the range last night which consisted of mainly junk food (Pizza & hoagies) while watching the game:
Philly Cheese Steak with Fried Onions...

Baked Flounder with a side of Broccoli & Tater Tots:
Homemade 3 Meat Chili...topped with Chopped Scallions, Tex-Mex Cheese and Sour Crème. The wife baked some Cornbread...

Had Stuffed Shells w/Ricotta Cheese & Italian Meatballs with a couple slices of "Poor Mans" Garlic Bread:
We finished up the 3 Meat Chili I made the other day...

After watching football all day, nobody wanted to cook, so we ordered Chinese take-out. I had Roast Pork Egg Foo Young, Fried Pork Rice, Fried Chicken Wings & an Egg Roll:

Made fried Spam, Lettuce & Tomato Sandwiches with homemade hot & spicy pickles.
Went to the local ShopRite & purchased the worst store made coleslaw I ever tasted, Yuck!

I love fried spam sandwiches but unfortunately my wife hates them. So I don't get to have them any longer.
