I am a real estate agent. I specialize in acreage and investment properties of a rural nature although I do sell homes when the market is hot in spring and summer. Working towards the coveted land consultant designation. Regs and markets change greatly from state to state and market to market but if anyone ever has a question I will do my best to help however I can.

I also am Retired (10 years), and now specialize in collecting wrinkles, and firearms!

My wife is still working for a while, so I have been pretty busy at home, doing house maintenance/home improvement duties which include, but are not limited to: cooking, cleaning, vacuuming, painting, lawn care, dog training/feeding/cleaning after, remodeling, automotive maintenance, laundry, grocery shopping, carpentry, decorating, electrical wiring, deck staining, tree pruning, garbage hauling, fire building, financial and tax handling ,and stock options trading for extra spending money to support my collecting gig.

Whew! I feel like Mr. Hedley (Hey, Mon! - IN LIVING COLOR). Makes me tired just to list all my "duties."

I wish I was "working," again, so I could get some rest!
 
Retired mechanic here. Bumper to bumper, foreign and domestic. Glad to be out of it.

I feel your pain my brother. I get to hang up my wrenches in October. After 40 years of fixing things, I need a lot of fixing...:rolleyes:
 
Exactly. I'm taking Vicodin and injections for work related injuries/stress. I loved working on cars though.

My friends still haven't figured out how my cars are faster than theirs and I did nothing to the engines. :cool:
 
I am a Liquid Petroleum Gas Relocation/Distribution Specialist, LPGRDS for short.
 
I'm a retired "Porker" :cop:and like most retired Cops, I'm lovin every minute of it!

Why in the world would I pass up an opportunity to get paid not to work anymore???:rolleyes:

Adolescent babysitter, nanny, and psychologist - of course the official title of my occupation is middle school math teacher. This is my 25th year in public education and hopefully I only have 9 more. Additionally I'm a call fire fighter. I've been doing that for 29 years.

Well God bless you! My wife just finished up 40 years as an educator and is happy to be out.
Of course, I have 28 years of experience listening to horror-stories of what the little bastards can do.
I couldn't have done it.
My hat's off to both of you.
