I love the V strainers.Today, after work I harvested what ripe tomatoes we had and then cleaned and ran them through the Victerio Strainer and now the juice/pulp is cooking down on the stove, we will be canning it tomorrow. I only ended up with 4 gallons of juice, so I expect to end up with 2 gallons of sauce. We are transitioning to only canning pints because, being empty nesters we just don't use as much as we used to.....
We like ours, but I find cleaning it a bit of a chore......I love the V strainers.
