I have tried these. Some I may not want to eat again. How about you?
Nothing there I woul$nt eat but some I prefer not to. In my travels I have eaten some strange things
You must have been in W. NY (Buffalo area). Beef on Weck is awesome. Best with a little au jue and horseradish!Anyone here ever have a Beef on Weck? Or beef on kimmelweck to be exact… Heaven!
Fine with the whole list, but being being a chef its pretty difficult to be picky.
There are some thing I refuse to try again.
Stinky tofu, fermented shrimp paste, sea cucumber, balut....
I have known people who would not eat cilantro, because they say it tastes like soap. Me, I love it!As much as 14% of the population is thought to have a problem with cilantro. It tends to be genetic, and is due to it containing the same chemical as soap. The rest of the population cannot taste this chemical. If I were a restaurant owner, I would not allow it in the kitchen as it loses customers faster than anything I can think of. Indian cuisine is another tough one. Cilantro is in everything. I don't eat Indian food solely because of cilantro. It would be yummy otherwise.
