This is NOT my list, but I always like to view other people's lists and see what I might have missed in my planning or how their ideas differ from mine.
This list was put together by a man who said this is the list of what people are to bring when they come to his house after SHTF. The list is broken down by one month's ticket, two months, and three months. I don't think it would fit in one vehicle, but having a utility trailer would work.
Me? I am not giving any requirements of what to bring, because I am not announcing anything to anyone or inviting anyone.

Entry List
30 Day Ticket – Portion A
per person or as indicated
30 days of food stuffs, totaling no less than 90 servings (per person)
1 case MREs or Freeze-Dried Meals (like Mountain House) per person
4 complete changes of clothing including outer wear and a hat and gloves
1 pair of sturdy boots (already broken in) w/ 1 set extra boot laces
4 sets of underwear and 8 pair of socks
1 complete set of bedding (sleeping bag, blankets, pillows and/or cot) per personal preference
2 large Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 2 Wash Cloths
Personal hygiene items (soap, toothpaste, deodorant, etc…)
1 tent large enough to shelter your family w/ ground cloth and extra tarp for rain fly
1 each propane lantern (w/extra mantels) and propane cook stove
1 fire starter (magnesium starter, BIC lighters, etc)
24 rolls of toilet paper per family
5 rolls of paper towels
1 package Feminine Pads (can double as First Aid Dressings) per adult female
1 package Feminine Tampons (can also be used in First Aid) per adult female
1 container of laundry soap
2 packs of clothes pins
100 feet of clothes line rope
1 gallon of dish or hand soap
Pest control (mouse Traps, Roach Traps, etc…)
Personal Mess Kit (plate, bowl, cup, knife, fork & spoon)
Hand powered Can Opener
2 – Serving Spoons
1 – Slotted Serving Spoon
2 – Spatulas
3 – Assorted Kitchen Knives

10 gallons of gasoline treated and stored in addition to what is already in your vehicles.
