Words of advice. NEVER EVER EVER laugh at mom when the paddle breaks on your butt . Dad came home and the 2x4 didn't break. ( it wasn't that bad, but memorable.)

I had several teachers and principals that loved holes drilled in their paddles. Mostly coaches. Not sure which was worse the whacks or the whoose?
But never flinched or let on it bothered me. Must not have, I was back in a week or so anyway.
