I am looking for suggestions on possible value for my 2002 Dale Earnhardt Monte Carlo. Sorry for asking here but it is kind of a rarity even if it isn't in great shape anymore. It runs good, only 62k miles, obviously it needs new paint due to sitting in the sun the past several years but it doesn't have anybody damage. I looked online and see clean ones ranging from $13k up to $23k. I have no idea what it would cost for a new paint job, I am hoping what some of you more knowledgeable car nuts might be able to suggest. I just don't have the time or money to put into this car and quite frankly could use a dose of cash sooner than later to put towards finishing the building of my house.

I will offer one of my highly valued [though only in Northeast Grahamsville] gems of advice. Thet thar car is of Specialized Interest, by folks who have that genre of Specialized Interest. Them thar folks have a Love Of Restoration. So . . . offer it as is.

Thank you. That is pretty much my plan. It needs the fuel pump replaced but aside from cleaning it as best I can it will be As Is. as mentioned, I just don’t have the time.
 
I know a guy with a restoration shop. He has 3 guys working for him and out sources some work like upholstery.

He does quality work in a fairly short period of time. But for someone doing it alone is a whole different cup of tea. It would take months and lots of cash.

Hey, isn't Vegas where that restoration tv show located? "Counting Cars"? They buy old cars don't they? Were there no old car buyers in Vegas? Just wondering what the market there is like.

This is the first muscle car I've seen that I like with over sized tires...

There are a few restoration shops in Vegas, including Counts Customs, but the odds of them paying anything decent are slim and usually they want older cars, but I am not selling the '64 Chevelle I also brought back the same day.
Odds are I will clean it as best I will clean it as best I can over a weekend then post it online locally, Salt Lake, Denver, Vegas and LA. I wont give it away for cheap, if it doesn't go for a fair price I will keep it and repaint it myself after I practice on the Chevelle, the '72 C-10, the the Ram 2500. I should be a pro after that.
 
I found these tonight on the Motor Trend Magazine website. They are of the Albuquerque Low Rider Show... I miss seeing LowRiders, used to work all over the LA basin, places like East LA. I always thought they were cool.
