Sounds like a Chinese "wet market", what some of y'all have eaten. I had a sheltered childhood I guess. Not much wild meat for me, except what my uncles hunted: pheasant, quail (?), goose, venison

My son and his wife were traveling in Europe. While in Ireland he has a burger with haggis on it. They didn’t look it up until he was finished eating it. Made from sheep intestines.
