Will have to watch later, but "farm cheese" which is about as basic as it gets is good!

I think Granny used lemon juice her way. it tasted like eating gooey buttermilk.

Anybody but me ever taste goat milk buttermilk?

Don't forget tp make ricotta out of the whey.

I have made this lots of times, it's basically Indian paneer. Makes awesome pea curry
but I don't put it in a coke bottle
