Once upon a time, I did Industrial Electrical Design. The nickname came from incorrectly connecting a 480V 3Ph European transformer with a Neutral. Let's just say the Ozone was thick in the air that day, lol

I still know enough to be dangerous, though... :thumbs up:

I once connected 2 single phase 120 lines to a 220 single phase contactor on an X-Ray machine.
I yelled at my buddy to trip the breaker.
He couldn't because it blew the breaker out of the panel.
Lots of smoke and flame.
