Short hiatus. Been far ta busy fer a disabled feller. We've had snow storm after snow storm. We be 41 inch's over the norm fer this month.
Now I thin spring finally showed up. Been outdoors taken care stuff from winter. Also, planted some apple tree's. I like ta plant stuff what have a use, not just perty. Ground still be perty froze at 12 inch's but gonna thaw fast now. Planning out this years garden ta boot.
Also going through my gear. We have a state emergency exercise in June. 4 days a fun in the sun (er rain). Can't carry what I used ta, so have ta lighten the gear up.
Also putting tagether all new topo maps as they redid ours in 2015. Getting em printed and then laminated with contact paper ta make em water resistant. Time ta get back to maps and compass.
With nicer weather, I might be in an out. Try ta enjoy what I can while the weather be nice. Cooped up all winter. Hope yall be well.
