Our mobile home in Florida has PVC pipe throughout. From the well to the house and inside as well.
I imagine every other mobile home does too.
Been living in it since it was built in 1999.
Check the nomenclature inking on the pipe in your walls and you will find it is not sch 40 pvc it is a type of poly pipe that is white in color and uses crimp or push fit fittings
Pvc pipe (sch 40) will melt and leak like hell if you run hot water through it
