They are now predicting possible flooding around Rupert Prince and Haida Gawei which must be what Caribou was seeing. Also possible between Prince George and Smithers. That would make a bad situation suck more. Those areas are more open and not between mountains, so I would think that washouts would less of an issue. However, all the extra water will naturally make its way to the current disaster zone.
