So here is another one of my "quirks" - yes I'm being nice to me I don't care for houses with the garages out front like many of the modern style homes. To me it looks like the house is mooning us. That said this looks like a lovely home.

Yeah, I heat with natural gas now, but after talking to some local EMA types, there is a box stove and pipe as backup
