Two bedroom two bath. A bedroom/bath on each side of home. Center is all open with LR, DR and Kitchen. 1467 sf.
Why oh why are people obsessed with black houses. Something modern I get it (sorta) but this sweet little cottage is mourning.

I believe spiders prefer dark colored houses.
My guess is it has do with heating up the house in cold months. I doubt those places even have warm months.
