I don't understand the inner tube how it starts fires

Inner tube is rubber, it burns very hot. it is fairly easy to light.
I need to publish my recipe for campfire in a can.

Yes. And it's working out really well. It's in the 50's here today and only a few patches of snow left.

I did a quick search & it s cheaper to buy it at Walmart than make up two gallons.
