Yes, there is a lot of information.
But reading through the threads helps me get to know everyone.

Good for you! A very wise thing to do. I just did something similar. I was invited to join a secret herbal medicine group on FB. I read the last 18 months of posts first, now I’m reading the first year of posts.

Not really.
Knowledge is best.
I'm learning a lot.
Not made fun of when I ask questions of something I don't understand.
Not mentioning any other sites either.
Not patronized either.
I like to learn about alot of different things.
Keeps my brain sharp now that I'm retired.
Lot less stress this way.
Variety is the spice of life.

Thank ya ma'am. We had to carve this place out of nothing. We wanted to homestead in Alaska but decided with our health and age it wouldn't be feasible. We call this place "Our Last Frontier", lol. So far it's been quite an adventure.
