Sure- I would take a gander at the regular version 😁
OK. Here's my famous ketchup recipe.
1-tbs olive oil
1-medium onion, or onion power
1- jalapeno pepper, chopped - optional
3- cloves garlic, minced
1- 28 ounce can tomato, diced w juices. Or 2-1/2 pounds fresh tomatoes chopped
1/3 - cup brown sugar
3- tbs tomato paste
1/3- cup apple cider vinegar
2- tbs Worcester sauce
1/2- tsp chili power or cayenne or both. Optional
1/2- tsp ground mustard
1/4- tsp ground cloves
1/4- tsp allspice
1/8- tsp ground black pepper
1/2- tsp salt

1. Heat oil in medium sized pot. Add pepper and onion. Cook down 5 min.
2. Add garlic. Cook 1 min.
3. Add diced tomatoes, brown sugar, cider vinegar, tomato paste, Worcester sauce, chili powder, ground mustard, cloves, allspice, black pepper and salt, stir
4. Bring to boil. Then reduce heat and simmer for 45 - 60 minutes
5. Let cool some. Then puree the mixture in blinder. Process in batches
6. Strain the ketchup through a fine mesh sieve to give it a smooth texture.
Makes about 3 cups.

I normally double or triple this recipe. Plus I usually add some crushed dried hot peppers for a hot version.

Went to town, ate at a little greasy spoon for the second time. I almost never go to town this way, only drive that road when leaving town, after lunch else where. Last time i had a burger, nothing to write home about.

Anyway, aside from my kitchen, it was the best hotdog I've had in years. Said "grilled hotdog" on the menu. Peppers, onions and tomato grilled on a flat top along with the dog. Sort of a chicago hotdog crossed with a philly cheese steak.

And the best onion rings i think i've ever had. Might have used panko in the breading. Something unusual anyway, very crispy. Onion rings are usually soggy but not these. They were yummy.

I made Tbones with fried kale and did artichokes (we don’t eat supper so it will be our lunch tomorrow). Hubby wanted to try making mayo for his artichoke so I have had to get up to go find ingredients for him several times.
Him: Where’s the avocado oil.
Me: Next to the butter.
Him: Vanilla, garlic olive oil…
Me: Down a shelf next to the butter, clear jar with a cork.
Him: olive oil
That’s when I just get up and pull the oil off the shelf from next to the butter.
Him: it doesn’t say avocado oil. (I get a large jug and keep a small bottle next to the butter where it’s handy 🥴
 
Well, hey, at least he was in the kitchen. I never ever see a man in the kitchen. But if I did, he wouldn't find anything. ha ha.
I've been cooking supper for decades, I always got home from work first :)

My apron has chickens on it :p
