Tonight I fried up a kosher hotdog on cast iron with bacon grease (anyone else see the irony?). I added some chips, sliced melon and a piece of apple pie. Yummy!

Made pizzas
When you make them,. Do you stir fry the beef, chicken , onions, peppers, tomatoes, all together then roll up some in a tortilla ?
That is what I do.

Made chili; steamed zucchini; cucumber, tomato, cilantro, lime salad. Jasmine rice.
Nope, we grill the meat and put the rabbit food on the side for whoever wants it.
Still having my Curried lentils with kale and that stuff actually gets better with a little time. And it was good to start with! I have a salad that I made yesterday eve to go with it! Blueberries and bananas for dessert.
After the funeral today there was food in the church's kitchen area. When 100 plus people show up for a funeral in the south... you can imagine the the amount of food. There were 4 10ft tables end to end covered the eats and a separate round table for deserts. I had a big plate heaping full and went back for 2nds on chicken & dumplings. I don't know who made them but they were heaven. I didn't have room but ate a small piece of peanutbutter cake and a big spoon full of peach pie anyway. I'm stuffed.
I'm going down to stay with dad at the hospital tonight... can't decide, a bowl of chili before I leave home or a small salad in town.

I'm making oven roasted shrimp and oven fries today. Also some quick coleslaw which I'm adding some shredded broccoli and kale

Well, there's wings and poppers for afternoon. And roast beef nachos for evening. I'll just be cooking, and everyone else can get it when they want it.
Got small crock pot of chili going, but it won't be ready for awhile.
So ordered Pizza Hut large meat lover's pizza for $10, order of cinnamon sticks too.
Will eat this for several days.

Probably a big bowl of chili for supper... First time in a week I got to cook breakfast at home. 2eggs with smokey thick slice bacon. My home fries came out perfect, just the way I like them... There is something about a good homemade breakfast! 
just ate some venison sausage that was given me.yum yum yummy.
Hamburger patties with melted cheese, fried onion, peppered bacon, garlic dill slices, and a little homemade thousand island.
Was stuffed after one slice of pizza.
Definately will be eating for days.

Stir fry beef and veggies
Leftovers, the fridge is pretty full. Have my eye on more of that smoked pork!
There is still chili in the fridge. I guess I'll have a big bowl and a piece of pie before heading back to the hospital.
Made White bean veggie chili with kale. I spiced it like I would regular chili so I hope it is better than it sounds. It has quinoa in it too--Never tried that before in anything. Also made more hummus for my celery sticks. Home canned pears for dessert today!

Japanese golden curry with white rice.
This is going to shock you, but I had smoked pork. Again. I eat to live and I hate wasting food.
Tonight I fixed a batch of wings...had baked beans, chips and a piece of pie.
I always cook enough for leftovers. Nothing wrong with that lol
