Wishing I lived closer to mountain bill
less bugs and snakes is probably why we live in the northNever had that where I live
I think they were intimidated because he was smarter than they were. He took all of his senior classes in 4 1/2 hours a week. A psychiatrist tested him a couple years after graduation. He answered every question wrong on the IQ test. She said that meant he had to know all the answers or he would have accidentally got some right. He told us later that he did it on purpose. The test is supposed to take 3 hours, it took him less than 30 minutes. 3 years ago, he weighed over 400. He set his mind on losing weight. This morning he weighed 203.The amazing part of what you wrote is that the school listed him with a LOW IQ. That should really tell you not to trust government run schools. There's a hell of a distance between someone with an IQ of 79 & someone with an IQ of 150 or over.
So far I've only sliced cheese with it. I put the cheese in the freezer for about 30 minutes before slicing. It did a great job on the cheese. Yesterday I bought a ham, but haven't had a chance to slice it yet. We'll save about $10 a pound by slicing our own ham vs buying deli ham. We bought their largest model with the 12" blade. I'm very happy with it, should last a lifetime.I've been thinking about one of those slicers, Mt Trapper, you'll have to say how you like it. Going to work on the wagon assembly soon, and I also ordered a "car refridgerator", that just got put on the porch. It's on wheels. I don't intend to use it in the car necessarily, but just as an extra with an inverter and battery.
Sleep well to those who love animals dearly
And to those who lost one or + of them
Good night to you too!Hope All Here, esp the 2 above this post, Have a "Blessed Night". Nothing But
Glad to Know You is OK...!!!Hope all are well. Came home early to try to work on cleanup. Lawnmower wouldn’t start and grass to my knees. County has been declared disaster and eligible for restitution with application and documentation. The trees down on fences, roads and in yard wil take forever to clean up. Underpinning all over yard. Two weeks ago we got 12+ inches of rain. Blocked in and unable to get hour. Power out for 24 hours. Last week major high winds and power outage. Blocked roads due to downed trees. I drive 3 county roads to get to town. 4 low crossings under water. Just got alert for flood warning. Expecting 2-6 inches tomorrow. Already have to use 4wheel drive in my truck. Stay safe

72 water rescues but no fatalities. My cows, heifers, dogs, chickens and cats ok. Garden drowned
Actually El Paso sent 2 rescue units. People are stupid and drive around barriers. People on Trinity River moved to higher ground over weekend. Brother in law said water rose 1.5 feet Sunday night. He is a mile from river. Hay field flooded. Water moving so fast and you don’t know if culvert still there or huge holes.Let us know if there's anything we can do! Sup can probably send the Cajun Navy too!
Had a brutal day at work. We changed one switch point in a switch and then changed the stock rail plus another 280 feet of rail in the turnout and added a transition rail ahead of the points. Then we changed the tail rail off the frog and welded all the rails together. Tomorrow will be the other switch point and a transition rail off that point. The switch is down in dried mud so I spent my morning busting dry mud mixed with ballast stone, with a pick and shovel. My afternoon was spent grinding rail, hammering spikes and driving on rail anchors with a maul. I am totally shot.
Hopefully tomorrow goes smoothly and we can get done a little early. I haven't felt this beat up in a long time and I could use an early start to my weekend...
