Raccoons are' not just drawn "bad", they are. sometimes they go to far, and the BIG live trap comes out, then they get to meet Jesus. Ohio isn't a catch and relocate kinda place, they get the final goodbye.Over the years i've lost 2 dozen chickens to Rocky and his kin. I view them no differently than a rattler or copperhead, they must die... They are a threat to livestock, large and small. In the case of Rocky, they do to much damage to be allowed on a farm.

I LOVE the Grand Canyon! I lived in Chandler, Arizona for about 18 months, so I saw it a few times. I also took the helicopter flight that drops into the canyon. I didn't have a camera with me....DARN!
I took that exact same first shot you posted when we went.
