A neighbor of mine had a son who lived in S.F and had a mother-in-law home in his back yard. When I heard that, I realized that the son must be financially successful. Neighbor is deceased now.

Plus a homeless guy can poop on your sidewalk for no additional charge! Well, except a property tax rate which is insane.

I will occasionally watch those fake-reality HGTV shows where they pretend to buy houses. It kills me when people pay $600,000 for a house that needs a ton of work. Around here $250,000 will put you into a very nice 3-4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. $599,999 puts you into a mansion.

I wouldn't live in San Francisco if they paid me $599, 000 and gave me 2 of those houses free.

I hate it when racoons poop on my driveway.( Once or twice a year).
