Use a warm compress and massage the udder. Milk out what you can and massage several times a day. The kids will probably nurse on one side for a week or so, so the other side will get hard and contested.

Keep an eye on the runt. Sometimes mom doesn't nurse it like the other two. I had to supplement when mine I triplets.

When I was just a wee lad, that is how we got started with sheep and goats. The local ranchers would give us the weaker of triplets (we even had a hair lip lamb ) and we would bottle feed it. When we moved after a couple years, we had a flock of about 30 sheep and a couple of goats to give back to those ranchers. They really hated to see us go.
