The cause of my problems. Cracked copper pipe in the basement, just below the kitchen sink.
Not to sure why it shows so many doubles but can someone fix that for me please? My first trip on a barge, was only like a 10 min ride to the island, yep, that's my escort on a golf cart trail. Not a whole lot of room to get by lol. Was a interesting climb back out of the hole.

No, the house never has frozen while we had it, and the basement was redone about 3 or so years ago, so this is recent.Filled with water and froze?

Ok, I get that, but a lot of cabins were built 50+ years ago and were not built with basements and the new owners wants one I guess. LolDig/build the basement first then build the house over the basement?
Looked it up, that's a Smartflower 2.5KW solar panel setup ~$27,000. The panels fold and unfold based on the weather and can swivel in several directions to track the sun... Some can hold batteries and the inverter in the base… Cool, but seems very complicated, lots of stuff to go wrong…Any one know what this is? I'm not sure but I think its a very fancy solar panel, any ideas?View attachment 52519
