Summer is winding down here with highs in the high 80s and low 90s. Humidity is low as usual and night time lows are in the high 60s.

I believe it was 54 when I woke up and is supposed to hit the mid-high 70's. It's been pretty nice. Can't wait for Fall to take over and the highs to drop into the 60's.

When I got up at 3am it was very humid and in the 70's. As the day has gone on its been raining since 6am and its nice a cool in the low 60's. I love be able to have the windows open and listening to the rain

We need this rain. We haven't had any for weeks and tree leaves are starting to turn yellow and brown and falling from the lack. Grass is crispy and a lot of people's yards are brown

Hot, 11:00pm and it sitting at 80f. High 90's again next week. It's August weather like usual.

This morning at 5 am it was 53 outside
Right now its 72, low humidity, big puffy clouds and sunshine
Absolutely gorgeous day out today

Its supposed to be this way all the next 5 days!

I had to check... between 2pm and 10:30pm I got 3.95 inches. Most fell between 2-7pm. It's rained almost 3/4" since I reset the gauge.

I checked the NWS radar, these storms are lined up all the way from Biloxi MS. They travel Northish... approx 010 degrees.

The pattern has been that the morning sun burns off the clouds... they reappear after lunch... I have a 70% of rain for the afternoon.

I'll get a little more rain tonight... wait and see for the afternoon. :)

5.6 inches of rain... 2pm yesterday until 2pm today.

The main track these storms are following has shifted east about 75 miles so I'm out of the woods. I'm still getting light showers and sprinkles being at the edge of the big storms, nothing serious though. I doubt I'll get another inch over the next 24hrs.

The total rainfall over the last 7 days is 7.9 inches, that's 200.66 millimeters for our metric friends. Needless to say the ducks went on strike this morning! ;)

We've been mid 80's last couple days and had some rain, But I haven't went out to dump the gauge. Humidity is dropping like a rock today. Suppose to be low 80's and around 50% humidity thru Friday, then heating back up to mid to upper 80's but with low humidity. Next 2 mornings are suppose to be down in the upper 50's for lows. Fall, bring it on.
