Making toothpaste, doing laundry, moving grain from car to shed, making cheesy garlic bread to take to game day at Church this afternoon, and maybe some eBay in there somewhere.

DH going for chest CT Thursday, thank God! They hear crackling in one lung.
 
Went to Town. Bought some 511s. Found a Carhardt shirt that's better in heat than the Libtard brand Yall buy. No Sweat, yeah, I was Boycotting. Ate at my Fave Place. Got some Fly Traps. Just Chillin. Like I always do. Read some good news. "Fatty III" is backing down, China is too. TOLD YA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The IAF is ROCKING IT. TOLD YA!!!!!!!!!!! Yall better wake up and get off my case for posting, pure Itel.
 
Started the day with HUGE plans.

Removed two trees that were hitting the side of the house with a bow saw and dragged them into the backyard to bucked up later. CHECK.

Removed a huge bunch of weedy bushes from front yard with branch lopers. CHECK.

Started removing huge clumps of 10 foot tall feathered elephant grass with stems thicker than a lead pencil with lopers and.....
AHEMMMM.......chest had other plans. Sat down for a while...oxygen is AWESOME when you can get it.

*sigh*

I give removing the last of the elephant grass another try tomorrow morning....maybe.
 
@VenomJockey yep the flu is brutal we had it here in Australia and incidentally watch for bacterial pneumonia and a round 2 that both of us came down with at the same time. Had us literally crawling everywhere for almost a month or more even after 2 lots of antibiotics (antivirals) of 2 different types at the same time.

Rest, sleep and take it easy to get better.

I think they just sign over their vote to the local Dems and they arrange the license for them!

cleaning out a pantry and rearranging things to have storage for my vacuum sealer storage containers. bought a set at sam's club. even got a marinater in the set. also need a shelf for my gallon glass jars I bought at the local hardware store. should also be room for my half gallon jars. I use those mainly for making sun tea and dry storage ( pastas,dried beans,rice,etc)
 
Got my driver's license! Or actually will receive it by mail in 60 days. I guess you can get a regular one anyway, without the paperwork, you just can't get on an airplane with out the new Fed ones. Unless you have a passport. It seems funny to go through all that since I live in New Mexico, where illegals are welcomed in and given licenses anyway. Survived work, grocery shopping for specials, did round one of the animals, but need to clean out four baby chicken brooders. Five new ones yesterday, three more today. Our son stuck a turkey egg under his very broody silkie chicken. She rolled it on under her with the rest of them. Ha. A little bit of a size difference. Put up an EGGS for Sale sign in our yard. Our son will be dealing with the people. He just sold two baby rabbits at $25 a piece. Need to get the floors cleaned, laundry done and dinner going.
 
DH spent the day on the phone with VA trying to get back on programs he was terminated from last Friday with no reason given. Will work on it more tomorrow when he goes for chest CT and other lung tests. I got a haircut today and that's about it. Made a chicken, cornbread dressing and gravy casserole today that is so good! Should last a couple more days.

Spread almost all the crushed rock I had delivered between yesterday and today. Wore me out. Each day I would work as long as I could then rest or do something else for awhile then attack the rock pile again. I have just a little pile of rock left which I will leave until I get areas packed down so I can fill in any low spots. Then on to the next project.

Assembled a pvc greenhouse frame today. It was in small pieces from a previous owner of the property. After about four hours I think I have it right. Kind of like building a jigsaw puzzle without a picture. Whe I pull it down come fall all the ke6 pieces will get glued together
 
Started off the day with DH stain removing some clothing and putting on a load of washing and hanging it on the clothes line and bringing it back in. We then attacked the sewing room and cleaned the venetian blinds, windows, skirting boards, fabric containers, belt rails and wiped over the bookshelf and sewing table. Moved everything to the middle doing one side at a time and vacuumed round the edges. I then organised a lot of things so they look neater and tidier now.

We then went to a specialists appointment for DH to see if they can do an operation that is needed. They are trying to get the expense covered by the military as it is related to the injuries he incurred during his accident. If they don't cover it it will cost us around $10 000+ to have the procedure done and pay for it. We have an option 2 which is to do a lesser procedure through the public health system which would cost us nothing but he would be on a waiting list for a few years before he was operated on. Prayers would be appreciated for a positive outcome to the defence force covering this expense. We do have the money saved anyway if need be but would rather not delve into our house deposit savings to accomplish this as it would mean we would be saving much longer.

Tonight's tea was sausage and egg sandwiches as we decided to have an easy dinner.
 
Absolutely prayers for your husband, Sewing Creations. Medical bills are crazy. And as we find out, under negotiation depending on who you talk to. Husband had a round of injections and fluid removal around his lower spine where there is a cyst, and it was covered. We have one of our daughters covered under our insurance and she had an injection up by her neck this week, and the doctors admin tried to tell her it would cost thousands. We helped her argue it, and of course it was covered and cost her nothing. Husband has been knee deep in medicare info because he turns 65 in a few months, but still will be working and has med through work. Bummer is, I am considerably younger and we have the twins to cover, too, so when he stops working we will have to purchase from somewhere to cover the rest of us.
Work today, and Thursdays are always our busier days, so I better get some energy going. The trick is to find more energy than the preschoolers have. The difference is, I can't nap in the office when I'm tired. Ha!
