@MoBookworm1957 I like thes guys and they helped me get my neck pain in check and @phideaux ,may help if knee bothers you.Strawberry and I have walked already this morning.
Got up this morning the humidity was already at 94%.
Stretching slow and easy for 15 minutes this morning.
Aerobics this morning for 15 minutes.
Using my body weight for right now on deep as I can go squats.
Left knee is getting limber.
Right knee is still tight.
Later will add weights.
