I dumped .59" from the rain gage this morning. Expecting mid 90s again 105 HI. Tomorrow forecast is for some rain most all day and temps in mid 80s. I'LL TAKE IT

Not a cloud in sight here until well after noon. I wasn't joking about making Jerky on the dash of my ride!
I had aunts and grandmas that dried apples inside their car windows. It is effective way.
Had some rain yesterday... could've lasted longer, but I'll take whatever I can get. Slight chance of rain today, sure hope it materializes.

It was supposed to rain today but it didn't. Temp 97° but heat index is 108°.

We actually caught some rain... all ten minutes of it, but anything is better than nothing, lol.

97 and 105 HI. Storms rolled thru about 6, got a good hard rain for a while. Expecting more later tonight
If the temp tops yesterday's 111° I'll report in later!! May have a few afternoon clouds so we will see!!

Today we have a soaking rain going, the plants will love that. It is expected to rain all day and into tomorrow morning so I guess I need to find some indoor work to do.
We've had bands of rain since 6pm last night. Heavy at times. Gauge had 2.47 in it this morning. Expected to be in the 80s today with more rain at times.
The rain we got was more than our total for the month of June. Sooooo glad to have gotten it. Maybe in time to save the lower gargen

Heat index 106 again today. Brother stuck a thermometer in the CR-V and it read 129. Anything over 80 is too hot for me. LOL. But I have heat sensitivity due to medication.
82 F, Dew point of 72.4. Oppressive but livable, it's Cincinnati in the summer. I give thanks to Willis Carrier.

Weather is kicking up dust here, sprinkled a few drops earlier. To the south, severe thunderstorms. Might cool off into the high 90s.

Excessive heat warning for a few days here! Get ready for pics of Pearl's thermometer!! May be melted! Hottest I ever saw here was Labor Day weekend the year 2000, 116°!!
