Woke up to 19 degrees this morning, and according to the news, 9.6 inches of new snow. I have not taken my yard stick out to confirm or deny that yet. It is the most snow in a short period of time in more than 5 years. I was going to go out and shovel the snow, but saw my neighbor shoveling for me! Yay! Predicted high today, 34 degrees. Some people got 12 inches of snow.

We got a puff of snow, a little rain and then partly sunny with wind. I think mother nature is trying to make up her mind. It's SPRING!

68 today, 71 yesterday. Sunshine. Suppose to be raining by morning and for the next week.
See ya' and raise you 10!
We hit 78° today, beautiful sunshine!:woo hoo:

More rain, and mud. I hate it. Is there any place in the U.S. that has good weather? And NO I do not want to live in California, besides the obvious , they have fires. I want to live some place where there is no wild fires every year, it doesn't rain all year ( here) , it is not super hot and humid all year ( Florida) and it isn't super cold and super hot ( South Dakota). Do I need to move to another country?

67 deg.
Raining

Raining.
Last Sunday was snow and ice.
This Sunday is flooding everywhere.

Jim
I seen you (KY) were in the firing-line for some fun, on the radar last night.
...I can tell you a story about being in KY when it rained a bunch ;).
Y'all do rain real good up there:thumbs:.

Astronomically spring began February 2nd. Spring is half over on the equinox. :)

Don't tell my fruit trees about that. Late frosts are a bummer if there are blossoms on the trees.

Ben
We don't have fruit trees here, but I can tell you that we got our nuts froze off!
Since we hit 80°F today, stuff is trying to bloom.
Call me a pessimist if you want, but I don't think winter is over.
I really, really hope I'm wrong.

Every year my apricot tree blooms, then we get a hard freeze and I don't get any fruit. Last year we had zero apricots on the tree. A lot of the apricot growers in the area had the same problem because apricots are the first to bloom. I looked today and the tree is starting to bud so not much hope again this year.

Last doy of Feb. 80F, I hope this cycle of weather begans to cool in a year or two.
